LDS 7007 - Global Strategic Leadership

Literature and best practices in the development of strategic initiatives are analyzed with the goal of achieving competitive advantage in the global marketplace. Qualities of strategic leadership and strategic processes are examined including strategy formation, tactical planning and decision-making throughout the organization, as well as pro-activity in addressing environmental challenges and cultural differences.
