The study of how culture informs and shapes all aspects of behavior and communication is emphasized. With a focus on achieving long-term, high quality performance and highly engaged associates, the key dimensions of rapidly changing organizations and transnational organizations are examined including the psychology of individual differences, motivation, groups and interpersonal influence, and emerging complex organizational structures and processes.
