LAW 9605 - Juvenile Law This course presents some of the legal aspects in juvenile law from the delinquency of minors to the protection of minor children. The basic doctrines and theories pertaining to these components, that comprise the bulk of modern Juvenile Law and practice, will be explored for three main categories for juveniles: delinquency adjudicated children, abused or neglected children, and children in need of services.
