Prerequisite(s): BA 2010; BA 2500.
This course will provide information about the transactions of goods and services using the World Wide Web. Topics will include product marketing, electronic orders and payments, order fulfillment, and customer service. Legal, privacy, and security issues and e-commerce trends also will be examined.
