ES 1000 - Introduction to Exercise Science Prerequisite(s): Exercise Science and Fitness and Recreation Majors Only This is an entry level course in the field of exercise science. This course emphasizes preparation and paths for a diversity of careers in the field of exercise. Students will be introduced to selected topics in the field of exercise science and subdisciplines, including: anatomy, physiology, epidemiology, nutrition, biomechanics, motor control and motor learning.
