MSOL 6800 - Leading Strategy

Prerequisite(s): MSOL majors: MSOL 5400; MSOL 6700. MSM majors: MSM 6400; MBA 5600.
An organization is able to compete more effectively when there is a shared understanding among the leaders and team members regarding the strategic direction and the requirements needed to achieve organizational goals. This course provides a comprehensive understanding of various theoretical perspectives on strategy and strategic planning as well as practitioner models used in organizations.
