RT 3750 - Health and Human Services Management

Prerequisite(s): None.
Many aspects of management in the fields of Health and Human Services such as theory, organizational behavior, financial management and budgeting and human resource management will be covered in this course. Topics more specific to Health and Human Services such as group development, working within the health care field and with other health care professionals and managing volunteers and interns are included.
