CJ 2400 - Understanding Procedural Law


Prerequisite(s): CJ 1100.
The development of an understanding of the application of the substantive law from a procedural perspective. There will be a course focus on significant U.S. Supreme Court cases that have described the boundaries of practice for the police, courts and corrections.
