ENG 1000 - Introduction to College Reading

Prerequisite(s): None.
This course is designed to increase accuracy and speed of comprehension in all types of college-level reading, including textbooks, scholarly articles and literary works. In addition, this course emphasizes the elements of standard written English, including grammar, punctuation, and sentence and paragraph building.
