This 18-credit hours, six-course Undergraduate Certificate in Information Technology provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to help organizations succeed in the modern data-driven environment. Students will gain an understanding of entry level tasks, such as installing and configuring PC hardware, providing deskside support, and call center assistance. This certificate program establishes a strong baseline of common skills, such as PC hardware maintenance and network and server support fundamentals. These skills align with CompTIA’s Network+, A+ and Server+ certifications. This stand-alone certificate program is fully stackable with Indiana Tech’s Associate of Science in Information Technology and substantially stackable with Indiana Tech’s Bachelor of Science in Network Engineering.
