The Master of Science in Organizational Leadership gives you exposure to leadership theory and current best practices. After you complete the program, you will have working knowledge of visionary leadership skills to support global service.

- Advanced Knowledge in Business: Students will demonstrate advanced knowledge in the functional areas of business.
- Strategic Analysis: Students will be able to analyze business situations, identify external opportunities and threats with a view toward proposing comprehensive strategic recommendations.
