Indiana Tech’s Human Resources Management certificate provides each student with advanced, in-depth knowledge of the most critical areas within Human Resources: Compensation, Employment Law, Labor Relations, and Performance Management. This program also prepares students to sit for industry-standard Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) exams.
Graduate Certificate classes may be counted toward MBA requirements, should students decide to apply for the MBA program. Graduate Certificate students will be allowed to complete their Certificate coursework without completing the MBA prerequisites. Certificate students will need to complete the MBA prerequisites should they decide to complete the entire MBA.
