LAW 9404 - Land Use

This course builds upon the study of private law devices of land use planning studied in the first-year property course; nuisances, easements and restrictive covenants. The course will also focus on public regulatory activities relating to the use of land. Among the topics analyzed are subdivision control, comprehensive planning, zoning and historic preservation.
