Law 9620 - Indiana Constitutional Law A study of state constitutional law with a focus on the Indiana Constitution in the comparative context of the U.S. Constitution, and other state constitutions. Special attention will be given to the increasing importance of state bills of rights as providing guarantees of individual rights that are separate and additional to those provided by the U.S. Constitution; the distribution and separation of powers among the separate branches; public education and state institutions; finance and debt; and the processes for amending the state constitution.
