Law 9220 - U.S. Supreme Court Clinic Prerequisite(s): prerequisite=Law 9101 and 9102, Experiential Legal Writing I & II, fulfills the skills requirement, and the upper level writing requirement Upper Level Writing Requirement
The United States Supreme Court Clinic will involve upper-level students in drafting amicus briefs and petitions for certiorari (where appropriate) before the United States Supreme Court on constitutional law issues relating to, among other things, free speech, due process, liberty, and privacy. In addition to providing Indiana Tech’s law students with meaningful practical experience, the U.S. Supreme Court Clinic will enhance the law school’s presence in the legal community as an institution for the advancement of civil, human, and political rights.
