Law 9616 - Law Review Practicum The Indiana Tech Law Review is a peer-reviewed, student-edited journal that publishes scholarly articles by professors, judges, and practitioners. Articles are selected based on the depth and rigor of the author’s legal analysis, and on the practical value that the article has for the bench, bar, and broader community. During the selection process, articles undergo peer review by experts in their respective fields to ensure quality and originality. The editorial board, which is composed of students and a faculty advisor, then collaborates with the author to strengthen the analysis and style to ensure maximum impact. The Review is published two times each year, with one issue dedicated to the law school’s annual symposium, and the other open to all topics that contribute to the principled evolution of the law.
