LAW 9201 - Evidence Third year required 2L This course surveys the rules and underlying theories governing the admission, exclusion, and sufficiency of evidence in court proceeding, emphasizing the Federal Rules of Evidence. Specific topics include witness competency, relevance, credibility, hearsay, confrontation clause issues, privileges, expert witnesses, and real and demonstrative evidence.
