LAW 9302 - Entertainment Law

This is a foundational course for the pursuit of a transactional or corporate law career in the entertainment industry. The study includes the law of contracts, copyright, trademark, first amendment and agency representation issues all in the context of entertainment industry norms. Each area of law described will be examined in the contexts of the motion picture industry, the music industry and the television industry. Credit(s): 3
