LAW 9303 - Intellectual Property

This survey course covers the basics of United States intellectual property law, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets. The course addresses the policies underlying the protection of intellectual property and compares the different ways organizations and individuals can use intellectual property to protect their interests.
