HIT 2400 - Health Care Leadership

Prerequisite(s): HIT 2100.
The multiple management functions of health information services is the focus in this study. Students gain knowledge in organizational change, human resources, and strategic thinking. Policy creation, leading and participation in projects, use of financial reports and ratios, and process improvement is practiced.
