MSOL 6600 - Leadership Problem Analysis and Decision Making

Research indicates the daily activities of leaders and managers focuses largely on problem analysis and decision making. This course provides a thorough understanding of the fundamental models, tactics and tools of this critical leadership competency. Core topics include critical thinking, problem analysis and decision support tools and techniques, and the basics of project management.
