The organizational leadership program provides students with the leadership competencies needed for middle management success in a variety of job families and functions. To fully develop the leadership skills of students, the program focuses on four key competency areas: operations and administrative competencies; human relations and interpersonal competencies; decision-making and critical thinking competencies; and communication competencies. The organizational leadership degree uses the TEAM approach described on the College of Professional Studies . Courses marked with an asterisk (*) require TEAM enrollment.

* Students must complete at least 45 credit hours, including ENG 1250 and BA 2700 , before enrolling in the organizational leadership TEAM.
