Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET)
Indiana Tech’s College of Engineering biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, and mechanical engineering degree programs are accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) (http://www.abet.org).
Commission of Accreditation for Health Informatics and Information Management Education (CAHIIM)
The health information technology associate degree program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Health Informatics and Information Management Education (CAHIIM) (http://www.cahiim.org), the body that accredits health informatics and health information management educations programs to ensure the development of a workforce that meet the needs of an information-intensive industry. CAHIIM accreditation qualifies Indiana Tech graduates for taking the Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) exam.
