CPE 4150 - Digital Signal Processing

Prerequisite(s): EE 3150 ; EGR 1500 .
Development of both mathematical and intuitive understanding of digital signal processing. LTI systems, analog Fourier transforms, discrete Fourier transforms and z-transforms are reviewed. Fourier and z-transforms are extended to 2-d. Signal flow graphs help develop an intuitive understanding of digital signal processing. Both IIR and FIR digital filters are studied.
