Programming, Certificate

This 18-credit hour, 6-course Undergraduate Certificate in Programming provides a comprehensive training in the following:

• General-purpose programming using Python.
• Web development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a Web programming language.
• Development of mobile application using Swift, Java or Kotlin.
• Database development using Structured Query Language (SQL).

Student Learning Outcomes

• Demonstrate proficiency in one or more programming languages.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills.
• Describe basic computer organization.
• Analyze the needs of a software‐development project.
