HEA 7003 - Legal Issues in Higher Education

Higher education legal processes, rights, responsibilities, duties and liabilities of faculty, administrators, and students within the context of higher education. Topics such as academic freedom, affirmative action, free speech, disability rights and access/use of electronically accessed information will be analyzed.
