BA 3720 - Construction Contracts Prerequisite(s): BA 2620 . Students will review and analyze legal principles used to mitigate and avoid construction disputes and claims. Topics include basic principles of private and public construction, contractual relationships, and writing effective contract documents. This course will include a review of standard construction documents and their use in administration and risk considerations. Credit(s): 3
