Indiana Tech’s Conflict Resolution Undergraduate Certificate program provides students with the knowledge and skills to identify sources of conflict and create solutions that build stronger relationships. Students will examine theories of organizational behavior, discover how leadership styles influence performance, and explore ways to analyze conflict and develop mutually beneficial solutions by using a range of conflict resolution methods and techniques.
Upon completion of the Conflict Resolution Undergraduate Certificate, students will be prepared to:
Analyze why conflicts occur in personal and professional settings
Apply conflict resolution methods and techniques in the workplace
