Learning Outcomes

Configure and maintain computing devices such as personal computers, servers, and printers.
Implement security strategies to prevent, detect, and react to threats to systems and network resources.
Manage switches and routers in a LAN/WAN environment.
Explain the key concepts in Business Community Planning with specific emphasis on Information Technology assets.
Utilize and support common operating systems such as Microsoft Windows and Linux.
