STEM MBA - Business Analytics Concentration

The STEM MBA will give students the quantitative and technical expertise and technical management leadership to be practical data strategists and analytic managers. The program covers topics including statistical modeling, data mining, forecasting, and optimization theory.
Student Learning Outcomes
Upon graduation students will be able to:
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge in the functional areas of business (Advanced Knowledge in Business).
- Analyze business situations, identify external opportunities and threats with a view toward proposing comprehensive strategic recommendations (Strategic Analysis).
- Demonstrate complex problem-solving skills (Complex Problem Solving).
- Identify and evaluate strategic-level ethical dilemmas and apply ethical decision-making techniques to resolve them (Strategic-Level Ethical Reasoning).
- Use information technology as a tool for business strategy (Strategic Use of Information Technology).
- Communicate effectively in a business setting (Strategic Communications).
