LS 3400 - Civil Procedural Law Prerequisite(s): LS 1100 . This course is designed to provide students an understanding of the civil litigation process commencing from the initial fact-gathering stage through post-judgment proceedings. Students will study the procedural rules governing litigation, including: filing requirements, service of process, calculation of deadlines, and discovery. Students will learn both practical application and theoretical knowledge. Credit(s): 3
