Environmental Biology Minor

A minor course of study in Environmental Biology provides students the opportunity to take a hands-on approach to study the outside world. The courses demonstrate innovative learning environments including local rivers and agricultural properties as well as authentic field experiences such as semester-long labs in antibiotic discovery or earthworm collection, survey, and characterization. Also, this minor brings communication and professional development to the forefront.
